[Resolved] Nokia 7210 Supernova — Could not access GPRS. | |
I purchase a BSNL SIM in Orissa 77 scheme bearing No - [protected] on 19-04-09 and send SMS for GPRS activation and also GPRS has been activated on above number as stated by Customer Care executive. I also received settings from the customer care. When I try to download settings from internet (my portal services), there is a option WIB Services and Device Configuration. After selecting the WIB Services option that given a message "Error The following error occurred when trying to process the request: Your SIM card is not activated. Initialization failed. MSISDN:[protected], reason: Exception: Could not fetch services!" for information and immediate action. Also I examined by given some other BSNL number and I can see the detail portal services attached in the SIM. My case may please be considered and necessary action may be taken thats why I can able to access services and will be a good customer forever. Thaning you. Dhananjay Sahoo. every time i access email wizard it says that cant access now try later, how do i configure email on, my mobile. it just does not seem to work, My Gprs is active, and still cant get support on my mobile to access email.

it says packed data not available and link not available but i have tried everything
I am also Nokia 7210 Supernova user and have GPRS connectivity by BSNL in UP East Circle (Faizabad). When I try to open webpage in mobile, it reflects a message 'Subscribe packet data first' and "Link not available". Though internet is working in P.C. (Computer). I tried all possible ways but WAP is not working.

GUD EVENING SIR. HERE IS A COMPLAINT THAT I AM NOT RECIEVNG MSG FROM MY FRIENDS. ACTUALLY SHE SENT ME THE MESSAGE IN FRONT OF ME, SHE HAS SHOWN DELIVERY REPORT BUT I DIDNT GET THE MESSAGE. However my friend also purchased nokia 7210 with booster. It means same model is available in mkt with different access. Its a cheating with customer.
