This is quite right complaint .Nokia 7210 supernova model is faltu .bsnl gprs is not getting connected .

the same problem i tried to manually create gprs setting 3 times. 2 times reinstalling the mobile os software.
downloading settings but
subscribe to data link first link not available. please can u please tell me a way. even followed coustmer care. thanks in advance.my promise if it works i will pay him $50

I also have Nokia 7210 supernova mobile and bsnl prepaid connection in jaipur. I am also face same problem and till i am not able to access net on phone or PC. I have also talk to BSNL customer care more than 10 times but they also not know about this.(kabhi kahte hai ki switch off karlo, kabhi kahte hai ki nokia 6600 type kar message send kar do). kisi ne sach hi kaha hai bsnl ke liye ki ---"BHAI SHAAB NAHIN LAGEGA"(full form of BSNL) and this is also apply for customer care center.(No idea about anything.)
