[Resolved] Nokia — COMPLAINT ON NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTRE | |||
I Dr. G. Jeyabalan, had purchased a Nokia E63 mobile phone few months back. The mobile phone was having the problem of hanging at one page during internet surfing. Last week, it so happened, and I tried to restart the mobile phone. The moment I switched it off, it was not responding any key after that and till now the mobile can not be switched on. When the mobile had been submitted to Nokia care (Jain Communications,) Alwar, they asked us to wait for two hours, then one day, then two days and finally they said the mobile had to be sent to head office and would take 8-10 days. And finally I had taken my mobile handset back and now I decided to lodge a complaint to the consumer forum for the ignorance and lethargic of the service center. They prefer to do services for paid service customer rather than warranty service customers like me. If at all they can not provide warranty services, why the company claims for warranty for one year for their products? This can be taken seriously against Nokia who provides false claims as warranty, and the service center for not providing prompt service, reception to the customers. Nokia Moblie/ M.No.5130C — Fm & restart in hand
I bought a hand set 5130C from hot spot dated on 10/05/09.punjabi bagh central market.Its Fm is not Properly work I had go many time at nokia service centre paschim vihar.this are changed my hand set but my problem is same.but i m complaint many time at nokia service centre but they r not responsePlease issue new hand to me and change my hand set .please take action immedently.

nokia 6500 slider — Phone not repaired for 3 months.
Hi,I had bought Nokia 6500 slider in December 2008. After 3 months, the phone stopped detecting ear piece. I gave it to Nokia care and they got it repaired in 15 DAYS. After one months same problem occurs again and also a new one-MMC not detecting in phone.
I gave to Nokia care centre - Planet Cell, pune, Maharashtra. They send it to main center. It came back after 20 DAYS with the MMC problem remaining. Then they said that it is due to back cover. They kept my cell for another 7 DAYS and changed my phone back cover.
When i went to collect it the NOKIA CARE EXECUTIVE droped my cell on floor. The SLIDER and keys are not in sync with the phone. I noted this in the JobSheet. Even after changing the back cover, problem remains same. They sent it back to main centre again.
Then i raised a complaint with Nokia Care helpline. The cell came back after another 20 DAYS but both the problems remains unsolved. Now when i called up Nokia care from Nokia Care office then the executive says that he will repair and give it to me in one day. So i asked why you sent to main centre in the first place for which he has not answer.
Please guide me what should i do next.

Nokia Mobile — Handset Service rate not as discussed
I yatish singhal resident of indiarapuram, ghaziabad put a complaint of authorised service centre of nokia in gaur gravity market that when i go to take their service with my under warranty handset nokia 1605 for replace LCD scree, they quoted me total 800+ tax will be taken, after giving 100/- as deposit and handset, 2days later handset come after repair and executive charge total 878+ taxex and 112 as esteemited charge that is never discussed during mobile handset given so rather than 800=tax it would cost to me 1080 Rs, How faith it is.actual handset cost is 1700 and their executive inform me also that engg will confirm first before the repair regarding actual cost it will, but not any call come, call come after fully repaired and picked up of handset.

Hi, I have purchased Nokia 5800 Express Music. I wonder, being an exclussively music phone how come Nokia make the Playlist utility such blunder. There is no option availble to add all the files from a folder to a new or existing playlist. Also, adding files while accessing playlist you can add only one file at a time. Add all option is not available. can anybody help out. Will nokia fix the bug or provide a better player.

hi sir,i have purchased a cellphone of nokia co.(nokia6300). bymistakely my phone having switch problem and i was unable to use in proper way so, i have submitted my phone to nokiacare(nirmal enterprises, p.p.compound, ranchi, jharkhand-834001).there is a employee pawan kumar . who is not giving any responce and always try to behave like high authority. if we ask anything, he don't want to reply and try to hint in wrong word. so i am fully unsatisfied. Please help me and resolve my problem.

I HAD GIVEN MY NOKIA 6233MOBILE TO NOKIA CARE ON 13/april/2009 FOR REPAIRING .MY WARRANTY PERIOD IS RUNNING . poor service in udupi showroom. wat kind of employees u selected. they r neglated the coustemers. overall the service is very very poor hello sir/madam.. i am venkatesh, i purchased the nokia handset 6300 on 27/10/08 and the imei no is [protected] .. i purchased in univercell in chennai (triplicane)..i kept my mobile in my shirt pocket and it fallen in to rain water ...i given my mobile to nokia service center but they didnt solve my problem . they scratched my display ..my mobile is working but the memory reader is not working .. tell me where i have to give and to solve my problem...reply me as soon as possible ..
NOKIA HANDSET 6300 — customer servise not good
Dear sirI had purchased a nokia handset having model no 6300 B.SILVER ([protected]) from nokia authorised dealer(M/S Plus business machines), kalyan, MUMBAI on feb 2007.During warranty period, loud speaker was damaged and replaced by the above mentioned dealer.
Now (05th july 2009)my mobile graphic display was damaged that's why i went M/S Popular telecommunication (kalyan, MUMBAI) for repairing as instructed in WWW.NOKIA.COM.
They charged Rs.1674.00 for replacement the display and to be deliver on or before 12th july .
At the same time on 9th july i just contacted them for the status of my mobile, and they asked me THIS IS READY AND U CAN TAKE IT AT ANY TIME.
when i reached there for picking my mobile came to know that it's not ready and they also asked for another 6/7 days more delay due to parts shortage(not available)
I AM VERY UPSET AND DEPRSSED.I CAN'T ACCEPT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM NOKIA.
PLEASE TRY TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE QUALITY.
AND SUGGEST ME WHERE SHOULD I GET IT DONE ASAP.
