[Resolved]  Nokia Care — harrassed by service

Dear Sir,
i gave my nokia 7710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care preet vhar new delhi. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is missing &they told that its from their noida office.again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed keypad but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
1. network problem
2. sound of speakers deteroid.
3. vibrator not working.
4. keypad not working.
Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

Nokia Care — Not providing service

I have Nokia 5730 which have problem joystick not working and 1 number button no work. I submitted my Mobile on 23/05/2011 to Nokia Care A.A Electronics Amritsar. After 10 days they returned me phone without repairing it and told me that handset flex is not available in the market. When I start the phone it does not switched on. When I gave them my mobile is in working condition except joystick and 1 number key. After 22 days still I have not received my handset repaired. Jobsheet No. 50152 is attached with this complaint. Please solve my problem.

Yes! I truely agree to all the above misconducts by the Nokia Care. I too have been harassed my times by The Nokia Care while giving my phone for repair. Nokia is now-a-days a pure cheater, and I strongly recommend everyone not to opt for any Nokia devices, rather choose other brands. Nokia is making fool out of the Indians...

NOKIA, Nokia N900 — Fault Developed at NOKIA CARE

I had given my NOKIA N900 for repair to Nokia Care, Koramangala on 28th May, 2011.

Issue: I was facing network issue where in sometimes network used to fluctuate (off and on).

When I went to collect the handset back, I was informed that the handset is not repairable. But, when I checked it had developed a different fault altogether wherin the SIM itself was not getting detected. So, CC kept it back to check once again. Now it has been 4 times I have visited the centre and getting a response that I have to collect the handset in faulty condition.

The fault which has been developed at NOKIA care end should be rectified since the handset is of no use now.

The job sheet clearly says that there is a network access issue "sometimes". This job sheet was filled up by their service desk after doing the inspection of phone for 2 hours (For which they charge Rs.50 separately).

Now I am getting a response that the job sheet doesn't matter. Even the centre manager is not facing me. They simply say that you can leave the handset if you dont want to collect it back or escalate wherever you like.

I need a replacement or credit for my handset if not repairable. Else, need the handset in same condition in which it was while submitted.

NOTE: I tried to find out escalation matrix which is not available anywhere. So, am not able to find out where to escalate. Have registered a complaint with CC which is the only option given by NOKIA. Compalint ID: 1-[protected]

There seems to be no response from anywhere. neither the complaint ID is working nor anyone did a revert after providing details on the given ID.

Is there any other way out? I would like to meet someone face to face to explain the complete issue and the kind of response I had got from Centre which is really pathetic. Does NOKIA cares to keep an eye on their centres for behavior towards customers?

Is there any kind of escalation matrix available? Till when should I wait for a revert? This can't be open ended definitely.
It seems that all these are fake IDs to keep customers running behind expecting some revert from NOKIA.
Dont think anyone can expect a positive response OR response as such from NOKIA CC or these kind of IDs anytime.
i am surabhi from mumbai, i had given my nokia phone x6 to repair.the problem was of battery and camera button.care center people assured me to given it within 5days.then after that they started making excuses of not done.still in processes.. this repair drama took 1month after that i come to know these people instead of repairing they have damaged my phone.they damaged my display..display of phone and now they cant repair it..these are d nokia people.the address of that care center is

Very sad to say that quality of service provided by Nokia care is very poor.I gave my Nokia 5800 Xpress music to nokia care with a complaint of battery draining problem and asked them to check the battery for replacement.I got the reply that battery is very well and its a software problem.They returned the phone after 1 hour with a charge of 300 rs. I found the phone was not repaired and i returned it the next day and it took 4 days for them to repair.They told they will cal me that never happened. I went there after 4 days and they gave my mobile back instantly. Still the phone is showing same complaints and my theme color has changed. Dont know what to say. Really sad t see these stuffs going on with a reputed brand like Nokia. I am a regular Nokia user for years and have now decided not to do the same mistake. Myself from Kerala and my mobile was serviced by Kottayam-Pala Nokia care.

Nokia Care — Improper service from Nokia Care on Handset in warranty

I have purchased 2 nokia e-5 from a retail shop 7 months back. One cell is working properly while other is having some or other software problem. It gets hang and then switch off if I try to switch it on it doesnt start untill I replace the battery, I have taken the cell twice to the nokia care but they just update the software and give the cell back but the problem still persist. I am fed up and very much annoyed with the nokia service which I never expected.

I bought Nokia X3-02 on 16 May 2011 after a month this mobile got touch problem ok than i went to nokia care (Sector - 2 Vashi, Navi Mumbai) they said it will go to head office i said ok no problem than i collect my mobile after 12 days than again my mobile got another problem of speker than again i went to same nokia care again they said it will go again to head office i said ok no problem than i collect my mobile after 12 days. now i am getting same problem.

please suggest me on the above. should i take the action on them.

one more important thing there is a nokia care centre in vashi Sector - 2 Vashi, Navi Mumbai they don't know how to talk with customer even from ground level (peon) to upper level.

You are not belive that i am send a my phone more than three times to nokia care for repair at purchase date of 29.03.11, & at a last time i have got my phone in some scrathes & sim pin is broken.
nokia care person has demand the 850 rs./- for repair it & it's on warranty period.
it's unbelivable, i am also tells my friend that don't purchase a nokia companies mobile, because it's the such cheapest company.
