[Resolved]  Nokia Care — harrassed by service

Dear Sir,
i gave my nokia 7710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care preet vhar new delhi. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is missing &they told that its from their noida office.again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed keypad but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
1. network problem
2. sound of speakers deteroid.
3. vibrator not working.
4. keypad not working.
Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

Nokia Care RTC X road is the worst nokia care.I went to them thrice to get my Nokia 5800 firwmare to get it upgraded to V40..they always say it hasnt come..but at other places it is being done already...Kindly take STRICT action against the staff...

Nokia E51 — poor customer care service in gurgaon

Hi,

I was having some problem with my E51 handset so i went to Nokia customer care in gurgaon (sector 14). Instead of focusing on the problem they were more interested in selling the extended warranty. Later on they told me that the problem was due to moisture and its out of warranty. I was asked to pay rs 110 just to know the estimate cost of repair and that also without any bill. After getting rs 110 they told me that it will cost rs 1750. Later on i placed my handset in sunlight for few hours and now its working fine. I just want to know if it was only moisture why were they charging rs 1750(just to dry the circuit i think its a big amount) and why are they charging rs 110 to tell the estimate repair cost.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchase Nokia n97 model around 5months ago . the imei no is [protected]. its speaker stop working after 3 months. i gave my cell phone to nokia authorized care center at vikas puri new Delhi.
they repair it after 2 days. after few days its the sound of second speaker in my n97 become low. i go again to care center but they told me that its can"t be resolved because speaker have the lower voice .. but when i purchased it sound was too clear and loud. now how is it possible that is sound automatically gets lower?
now i m fed up.. what will i do for this problem..Please take a positive action for it neither i wouldn't trust on Nokia products.

I have purchased a Nokia 1203 6 months before & since then the handset is having a problems like... it gets hang, switched off automatically, oftenly showing message (Request Rejected) only God knows what I am requesting...m sure my cell tooooo..

Last week I went to authorise Nokia Care Centre to get this fixed however since then the things went worst. What they did to the cell fone only god knows & the not-certified technician who worked on it knows. Since then my Nokia 1203 has became 1202 & the entire features too got changed.

Last friday I went too show the problems with the authorise Nokia care centre but my experience was horrible there. They were not even agreed what they did to my cell. I showed them I have Bill on Nokia 1203 & the back panel of the cell confirms Nokia 1203. But they were not even answering what the hell they did.. they were quiet & they were complaining about the service provider..

Though the cell is still in the Warranty period I refused to the service they were offering me to keep my cell there for 2 more days. I thought they would change this time Nokia 1203 to Nokia 1200 or somthing else.

Hats off Nokia service centres.

My name is srinath, i bought the N82 in 2008 nov, last week i, e, . 29/12/09 i gave it nokia care for the change of my keypad..(actually its color is shaded). they told me they can change it in half an hour.. i agreed n gave them.. they called me after 15 min and told that something is broken inside. i.e., the key pad connector.. i enquired them that the phone was workin normally till now.. and ur tellin me tht something is broken how it can be, , actually u ppl broke something while removing keypad..but they denied.. the argument went on and i said ok just whatever has happend repaire it quickly.. they agreed and gave me to collect it after 2 days..when called them after 2 days they told me that the part is not came yet come after 4 days.. like this when ever i call them they used to postpone it.. Now after one month (29/01/10) they just messaged me and told me that phone cant be repaired due to unavailability of some part..but its cost is 19000/- and after one year i cant get any spare parts then what should i do.. the is now worthless.. is this way companies like nokia treats its customers..please give me any suggestion what should i do..and lastly phone is not under warranty..

Hi, I Purchased Nokia mobil(Mo-2330) 31st January 2010, around 12.30pm at Marathalli in Bangalore. When I reached home and put my sim that the display gone off and the same day by 04.00pm came to the same counter. I asked the onwer of counter for any suggestion but he did listen me. He told me that he has resposibility of any Technical problem but not for Physical damages. I said that this is also technical problem because display gone any how. He souted me that I've done something wrong. After argument half an hour he told me to go Nokia Care Center for solution.
Q.1- Is this the right way? Q.2- Isn't it the technical problem that the display gone off?

Nokia — handset not return in proper condition

my nokia 5130c had stopped working so i had given it to nokia care centre at borivali west mumbai on 27th jan 2010 in proper condition not in any broken condition . they said water had gone in my handset nothing more no broken handset or anything like that was told. but when i got my phone return back after a week the handset was broken from side. when i brought it to notice to the concern person i was said that it was broken when i had given it . even in the bill it not mentioned properly the handset was broken.

On 02/02/2010, I went to nokia care (O-9, lajpat nagar-2, New Delhi) for repairing on/off switch of my nokia 6233. Please be informed that my phone was working properly except on /off switch. I told all the things to service team & also told them I want to replace that button. They charged me the inspection fee of Rs 111.00. At the time of inspection they told me that there is a need to change the phone Lcd. When I told that there is no problem with display as it was working properly till my phone was in my hand. They refused to accept & retured my phone with dead display. Kindly look into this issue & take a strict step so that they will not cheat other people for the name of inspection. The engineer who did inspection of my phone named Daman should be punished for this shameful activity as he replaced the good parts with dead parts.

i given my nokia 7210 they check and told me u hav 2 py 350 for repair.my set was out of warrenty wid only 1 month late.they repair my set and given me widout a recipt.bt ryt up from second day my prob. start again.i visit again there.they check and told me 2 leave ur set here and they given me a recipt.next day i given recipt and they told ur set dead.this is nt fair.i m nt happy from this service.my set was nt dead bt they make it dead cz 1st day they repair well bt after dat they make it dead.

I read all the comments. All the comments are quiet genuine and the people working in nokia care alos misbehaves with customers.

Kindly, change your staff members otherwise u will loose ur all customers.

I have given my Nokia phone 1 month befor in Nokia Mehdipatnam b ranch Hyderabad, but till now I have got it back. Please do some thing, they are always telling me next next week, I am pissed off with your service.

NOKIA CLASSIC 2330 — BAD SOFTWARE

A 6 MONTHS OLD HANSET HAS 2 BE SENT TO NOKIA CARE AFTER EVERY 20 DAYS FOR SOFTWARE UPDATION. THE DEFAULT THEMES, APPLICATIONS AND MESSAGES GETS DELETED ITSELF AND PHONE SWITCHES OFF.IT CAN'T BE DUE TO VIRUS BE4CAUSE I HAV NEVER SWITCHED ON THE BLUETOOTH NOR CONNECTED TO ANY PC. ON COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE NEAR HOWRAH AC MARKET SAID "IF THE HANDSETS WILL WORK WELL THEN WHY WILL A CONSUMER GO TO THEIR CARE SO THEY REPAIR IT IN A WAY THAT WE GO THERE FREQUENTLY ." I WANT A REPLACEMENT. PLEASE SEE TO IT. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP!!!!
