Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Nokia N 81 — no action take place against my notice

Dear sir,
Lets me introduce that i m kirti singhal from ajmer district(rajasthan). i want to say u hat i purchase nokia n 81 in the mnth of nov.2009 n from that time i face so many problem(like:keypaid, display, hanging, sound n speaker problem) n for tha i visit nokia care of ajmer so many time n nokia care also sent my mobile to delhi 3 times n delhi's nokia care also change slide of my mobile but again after 1 month problem occurs again n right now again my mobile visit delhi n its also got repair n right now its with nokia care of ajmer but i will not accept that repair cell n i sent a notice to nokia india pvt. ltd. (gurgaon) for replacement before 10 days but no action had been taken till now.
So i request you to please study my case n take the action immediaetely. n please give information on my cell([protected])

Nokia-E-75 — Non functional email & Denial of Service.

Hi,
I purchased a Nokia E-75 Handset on 5th August 09 from Nokia Priority Dealer in GIP, Noida. The handset cost me Rs.22800. Eversince I bought the handset, the email was not working. Even after configuring all settings, it wasnt working at all. I wrote to Nokia & even sought help from Nokia Technical Support who advised me to upgrade the firmware. Post firmware update, I approached Micronas Noida, Nokia Care Center. The next day after getting the handset, I found out that the Email was still not working. The engineer, Yogesh asked me to wait. After nearly 3 hours of waiting, I was told that they could not not help me as it was not under their jurisdiction. When I argued regarding the time lost, the engineer, Yogesh used abusive language & also passed certain personal remarks. The Center Manager, Ms Neha Singh refused to help & asked me to approach Nokia Priority Dealer instead. I was not the only one as there were people who were being similarly harassed by either refusing delivery on time or on some other pretext.

Further complaints have gone on deaf ears & I am stuck with Rs 23000 piece of junk. Interestingly, Nokia has launched this handset especially for Email With Ease support & whole marketing revolves around this concept.
Not only the handset is defective, the service is crappy & completely incompetent. This shows that Nokia only focuses on selling handsets & not at customer service or customer satisfaction.

I have given my N95 mobile to Agartala Nokia Care on 28th July 2009, they told me that the mobile has got mother board problem and will rectify within 31st July 2009.As usually I went there on 31st July 2009, they were telling me that they have send the mobile to Delhi Nokia Care and will take time approx one month, then I asked them to write on my job sheet the next expected delivery date, but they refused to do that.
I want my mobile back as soon as possible.Realy I am very fed up with Agartala Nokia Care and the employees are ridiculous and misbehaves with customers, they even don't know how to handle customers.

I had purchesed my New Nokia Mobile on the Date of 9th Aug -09 at Baddi in Himatchal Pradesh.Unfortunately after one week one speaker of that mobile was not working.I have fully unsatisfied about your product, because I had puchased that mobile at a large amount. I expect full value for my money. Hence, do the needful one or replace it.Also ensure this kind of problems do not happen in future.

I totally agree. I have been through similar harassment by Nokia Care & had to use a problematic handset. They just dont care & are really arrogant. Customer service sucks bigtime.
i purchase a nokia n-72 in the month of September 2008 today i faced a problem related to display i went to nokia customer care in delhi but he didn't accept in warranty he told no waranty of this phone has been expired on jan 2009 but sir how it is possible 1 year warranty in all nokia phone. pls give sugesstion regarding this
