i have purchased this set nokia E90 from saudi arabia on april 20, 2009. its a brand new one from axiom telecom in jeddah. now its paint is peeling off. is there guarantee for the colour? if so, what should i do? if no guarantee, can you tell me , where can i get a new cover? whats the price ?

I HAD PURCHASED A NOKIA E 90 MOBILE FROM VIJAY SALES ON29/02/2008. AFTER 7 DAYS I FOUND THAT THE HAND SET WAS DEFFECTIVE I CONTACTED VIJAY SALES THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO THE NOKIA CARE OFFICE THEY TOLD ME THE PIECE IS DEFECTIVE AND THEY WILL SEND MY HANDSET TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES I SUBMITTED MY HAND SET ON 18/03/2008, THEY TOLD ME I WILL GET MY HANDSET WITHIN A MONTH BUT TODAY THE DATE IS 19/04/08 I HAD PURCHASED THIS HANDSET FOR Rs35190 IF I DONT GET MY HANDSET BY TOMORROW PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY OR ELSE I AM GOING TO THE CONSUMER COURT.

My Complaint: I have purchased a Nokia Mobile (E90) serial number [protected] on the 3rd of June 2008 and from that date I am suffering from this expensive mobile / I2 replaced the speakers 3 times then they replaced the main board for the same defect / but the un-expected have happened, the camera flash light is turned on and I couldn't put it off / another time the main board was replaced / now it is under repair as the speakers are not operating another time- I am still waiting to see the result and I will continue suffering till I buy another mobile but sure it will not be nokia as each time I am threatened that my mobile is out of warranty because the main board was previously replaced

i m manish verma from lucknow. i m using ur nokia 5310 music express from last 6 months.but i m very dissappointed with the set as it lost its sound quality, and display in just the short period of 6 months. i had regestered my complaint 2 times in nokia care but both the time they returned me my set with the DIFFECTED SOUND. As my set is in warranty period so i m liable person to get my set replaced. please take some necessary steps as soon as possible to rectify my problem.

I'd purchased a brand new Nokia 5000 set from Gupta Jee Communications & Electricals against invoice no.362 dated 13.02.09 at Ghonda Delhi-110053. But the set was not working properly from a long time and one is totaly dead, then I'd deposited it with the Nokia Care at Mayur Vihar Ph-1, New Delhi-110091 on 7.11.09. But now they are telling me your set is not repairable please get it back. Please tell if my set is in gurantee period so why I get it back unrepaired.

Recently in 27th August'2009 I had bought a Nokia 2626 from The Mobile Store in Chennai. From the next 4th Month itself, it started giving problems. This handset started giving problems from Dec'2009 itself, and from then till now there has been no help provided by Nokia Customer Care or The Mobile Store. I had kept the handset as it is, and still the Blank display.When I gave a complaint for the same at the mobile store, they did not agree to it and say it had been damanged knowingly. Why would someone do it? Its still in the warranty period. I asked them to replace the set, but that was not accepted. I request you for a change of handset. Since, this is changing my belief in Nokia. If this is how it is, I don't think I would be willing to buy any Nokia handset any further. No one from the Nokia Service Centre or The Mobile store is ready to help for the same, even when the phone is in waranty period. Every time the screen gets damaged, even without using it. Kindly get this handset changed. I have lost faith from Nokia. I am going to consider putting a case against the same in case no action is taken sometime soon.your nokia customer care approached and taking a handset 19/dec/09 and job sheet no:[protected]/091219/77. after 2 wkg collect the same, i go to your customer care 21/12/09 Eve 4.00pm waiting for approx 1 hour after that 1inconvenience same is collect the after By thursday(24/12/09) come & collect ur set and sign it (name not mentioned) 21/12/09. ok, but after that calling the Telecaller calling the sir your handset display not ready after 12 wkng days same is collect. againg today your executive is same word repeat the same. for your ref job sheet and mobile bill details given below:

I have deposited my NOKIA N72 mobile to customer care center SHRE SHYAM SAI COMINICATION, ROHTAK ON DATED[protected] service job no.[protected] & MOBILE SR.NO. [protected]
MY PROBLEM IS display screen is closed even after mobile in active condition.nothing can be seen on screen for seeing content.when I switch off & on the mobile display is active for some time

I paid 500/- for the same but my problem is not solved, after two week they said we will change display light for this you have to paid 1000/-after agree on this condition he is unable to give mobile on target date.
so please do needful urgently otherwise i give this problem in consumer forum.

Dear Sir, I have purchased a Nokia mobile of Model - No 7900 of crystal prism last yera i.e 2009. But unfortunately the cabinet was damaged due to dropping on the floor. I am from Sambalpur of Orissa. when I contacted to your registered Nokia Care office at Sambalpur they are not helping me in any way. they are saying that this cabinet is not avilable .
