[Resolved]  Nokia. N - 76 — Performance of product and service

I am appending below the correspondance (e-mail) I had with the NOKIA recently;

To whomsoever it may concern,


My Job Sheet No. is[protected]/090504/33 dated 04/05/09. Since beginning behavior of all Nokia represntative is obnoxious and I do not know why you got this advertisement "Connecting People" . The total organization has turned a deaf ear to the issue and proble of a customer. If Nokia had decided to discontinue the product, is it my fault. If Nokia new that there is something wrong with the product then why I was not given the opportunity to exchange it with other products. For a in-effective product poor customer is being made a scape goat. Is this the culture at Nokia

Every time I am being asked to give a details but without any solution. Don't you think it is harassment to a customer. I had made calls to call centre, but every time there is different person and a different story.

[protected] vide Bill No. 1000 dated 12/10/07 from M/s Mobile Bank, 20 Civil Lines, Roorkee-247667( NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER). The phone had some problem and the matter was taken up with all of you. With your support I even got the replacement and thereafter the phone was working effectively. Although the previous issues resurfaced however i continued as I was delighted with your response ( especially Mr. Prabir Dutta ) and care in past.
Now I need your help again. Recently the phone got some display problem and the same was replaced by NOKIA Care at Roorkee after due payment. Within a span of 02 months the problem of display reappeared. Now the NOKIA CARE, Roorkee ( Uttarakhand ) Centre says that it is a problem of some FLUX and the parts are not available as the company has discontinued the model.
I am ready to pay the cost of part and other related charges however since last 15 days I am not getting any response from the Nokia Care. The response is that they are helpless. Please help me to get the phone repaired at the earliest otherwise the same will result in substantial financial loss to me.
