[Resolved]  Nokia X2 - 00 — Battery discharge problem not solve

Dear cutomer care Nokia ,
My new purchesed mobil X2-00 date of 1 oct 10 . that time mobil is give me talk time minimum 5 hrs .after 27 dec 10 . mobil is give me 2 hrs talk time . that time submitte the product nearest nokia care center . that time he is softer update the mobil . but problem not solve .after four time submite the mobil in nokia center . till date my problem is not solve .
today is recive hand set from nokia center , but he is not sure problem is resolve . What is qulity of youre work ? How is belive in youre product And cutomer service ? my hand no time for daily going on youre nokia care center for above menstion problem .
but sorry to say if you not give service in warranty periode on youre product .so how to sell it ?
so decided tommoro going to consumer court , because 6050 rs not a free .
