[Resolved]  Hero Honda Passport Programme — non issuing of gifts

honda company — took my pasport number

actually ths scamers they ask me that i won some 40 000 euro dollars
and al i just want to be way from ths people and wants to get protected

I have purchased a twowheeler (Hero Honda Super Splender) from Chandan Automobiles. Kankarbagh, Patna as on 03/05/2008. There is one provision from your esteemd organisation to provide one passport to the customer and some gifts are being given on points earned. But unfortunately even after one year I didnt get that Passport from your authorised dealer, i.e from Chandan Automobiles. Kankarbagh, Patna.
From the date of purchase I am trying to get it, but all the time they are trying to avoid me and I was told to come tomorrow, I dont know why. I visited to office more than twenty times but did not get so called passport. Please look into the matter, dealers like Chandan Automobiles. Kankarbagh, Patna is distroying your credit and marketing strategy also. I am an official of National Insurance Co. Ltd with whom your company has tie- up, but unfortunately I am facing this problem.

my passport points are 50000 but i have not receive my gift till date.

i am a passport holder of hero Honda since 2009 while i was having 2800 points on my passport i had to service my vehicle and the bill for the spares and service came to above rs 1000 and i crossed the 2500 points and as i crossed the points barrier 500 and 1000 the dealer ie focus motors Vsiakhapatnam personal told that you are not eligible for the gift of 500 and 1000 points i would want to know what is the reason for the non issuing of the gift.

hi same this happende for me initially i have only 990 points then i reached 2100. delear has given only vallet not he first gift. It seams dealers are cheating.
I can say that HeroHond people will not do like this. They introduced this program to encurage the customes to get service at their othorised stations.
In our case If dealear cheats us we dont have any thing to prove this. Hero hond has to take steps to clarify this with the dealears.

I am the Hero Honda Good Life member since 6 years, now i am eligible for gift with 35000 points, Hero Honda show room, Koi-e-fiza, bhopal were not issuing gift since one month, every time they are telling gifts on the way (Transport) and good life software not working.
