I have taken one Mutual fund Growth type LIC policy bearing the no:[protected] from your Branch. The policy was given back through the concern agent code :- 0054281D for correcting the nominee name and change in address. But till date I have not received back the policy from your end. Already I have paid two premiums, kindly take necessary action for sending me the policy incorporating the necessary corrections.
