[Resolved]  Not A Company — Dog Barking Menace

Is there a method by which we can raise a complaint about pet dogs barking throughout the day and night. We are senior citizens living in Jayanagar 8th Bloc, Adarsh Gardens apartment complex. We are retired people and sty at home most of the time. The conitnuous barking of pet dogs both in the apartment complex and also within the villas surrounding the apartment complex gives us a constant headache without much sleep. We can only sleep when our bodies are completely tired. Sometimes the barking can be heard upto 1 am in the early morning hours.

I will greatly appreciate if someone can help to resolve this problem.
