Not A Company — children on the street behaving rudely

Hello sir/madam,

Today i have seen 3 street children on the road behaving very rudely with ppl and beating street dogs with legs brutally. Location is near jntu bus stop towards hitech city. When i tried to warn them they spoke to me rudely. Pls try to catch such children n give them proper education or counselling or else they will become serious threat to society in future.
