Samsung Corby — part missing

i purchased a mobile samsung corby GT-S3653FOAINU from samsung dealer [MOBILE INNOVATINS - HYDERABAD]a part ( MIC CABLE ) is missing and i reecived 2 NOs of STERIO HEAD SETS wich is mentiond 1no on box

I have bought a new samsung corby
I am not able to find the pc suite for the same
so i am in trouble
Please help me.

"First you need to install 'PC Studio-3' software on PC. Then you need to connect the USB cable one end to USB port of PC and other end to phone's charging port. After that you can get a pop-up wizard on PC like 'Samsung Phone XXX'.

Samsung- Corby txt — Echo Problem

I purchased a samsang Corby text on 24 Jan 2010, i was having problem from day one. whoever calls me hears his own voice ie. gets an echo.. i went to the service center and was told tht the problem is with the sim. He (service center exe) tried a different sim and there was no echo.. so i changed my Sim and tried it on returning home.. but m still havin the same problem.. i also tried a few of my friends sim on it.. and had the same problem... also the phone hangs a lot... i wish i hadnt purchased the Corby in the first place..

I will be goin tomo again the service center.. if they dont solve, i m thinkin of takin some legal action...
I see ther are many havin a similar problem and this being a manufacturing problem the company has to take action and call back its phones.

i bought an corby pop gt s 3653, now i am not getting the pc suite. is there any url frm where i can get the pc suite.The link here is here is given not working.

i bought samsung corby complaint is i cannot recieve text msgs or when i recieve them they r 10 of same type or they r late how to solve this problem???

Samsung Corby — Mobile was stolen in Best bus

My Samsung Corby txt (black colors) has been stolen around 11.00 am in Best bus when I was going to my office from Jogesvari east to Hiranandani. It was only 15 days old I purchased on 13th feb 2010.

Please do the needful earlier my one more mobile was stolen in the same route of BEST bus in January 4th 2010. I am writing you in hope of help.

Saving image failed in my samsung corby despite good phone and memory cary memory . not working even if older stored images deleted.

I have bought corby pop three month back. Just now i have observed that Corby pop Mobile unable to play any mp4 video file. Can any one help me to get out of this. The file doesn't support any video file its throwing an error that unsupported file format. I had made a research that this mobile support only mp4, it doesn't more than. Samsung Corby — i have lost my mobile

sir i have lost my cell phone(mobile) which is given by my brother as a gift.
sir i have register a complain against mobile missing in police station.
sir question rises here is that when i asked the policeman that is there any chance of getting the mobile,he simply say me no.
that means they will not try to find the mobile phone with my imei no. which i given to them.
sir that mobile is cost Rs 9000.this was precious to me as it is the first gift given by my brother to me.
sir can u help me to find my mobile,i am ready to give its imei no. and also police fir complaint no.
sir one more thing is that after coming out of the police station i come to know that for registering the fir we don't have to give the money.sir i have given Rs 100 to constable,as i have to take the fir for to reopen the sim facility. sir please provide me the guidelines to get my mobile phone as soon as possible...

I want to access internet from my corby mobile to laptop. But when i connect it gives error "Error 734: The PPP Link Control Protocol Was Terminated".

Samsung Corby — befooling the customer

This is to inform everyone who is looking for any samsung mobile. Please note that you need to have lot of patience and money. Patience, because your mobile will frequently break down and once you take it to the registered samsung service center they will give false promise about the time frame to fix the problem. Money, because you will get so pissed off with these frequent break downs that you will have to switch to some other good mobile provider company.


Common Service related issues with:-

1) They give false promises about the time frame for fixing the problem
2) The service department's phone keeps ringing, nobody bothers to pick up the call


Common Excuses:-

Sir/ Ma'am spare parts were not available so couldn't fix the problem by the promised date.

i have purchased samsung corby before 15 days it automatically switched off. i went service center they are not repairing in warrenty period. A VERY POOR SERVICE.
