i am vishal, i am using acer tft monitor since 6 months now a days monitor screen is automaticaly changing color i request u to take my complaint into consideration as monitor is in warrantly period

i do agree with you..the acer service are the most horrible and irritating..my friends newly bought laptop RAM crashed twice in 7 months even after changing in it once..the batry back up went to 15 min in 7 months dat too of not just 1 but 4 same laptops..they sold the same laptop around 1 lakh piece and i think all will be facing the same problem..i am soon going to approach the consumer court for the mental torture and cheap laptop they have given us..if some body has already done such thing .please do guide me for the same

I have purchased 17" TFT acer computer, Model no. AL 1716WA, S/N :- ETLA[protected]D17D4303, Mfg.date :- September 2007. Before 10 to 15 days when i was working on the computer, the computer suddenly get off and i was shown these problem to my engineer but he told that the monitor was not working properly. He told that there is problem in monitor and power supply is not getting to the monitor I am trying to call nearby ACER Computer shop but i don't have your number i have urgent need of the computer because my work is totally depend on the computer plz come and check what is the problem.
