[Resolved]  Ojjas Enterprises, Mumbai — Faulty product, missing manuals, no response

I completely second Chandrasekaran. I too had booked an order through rediff and the it was delivered by their vendor Ozzas Enterprise. The name of the contact person was Jaspreet Sahani and the contact details were the same as above. The mp4 player was an old one, completely scratched, the box covering it was old and tattered, although it was packed beautifully by the Courier company, the Cd provided along with it was broken and the ear phones look a generation old. It is my sincere request to all reading this not to do shopping online. Preferably spend some time and effort and make physical face to face purchase, which would also give you a good touch and feel satisfaction. You never know what you would get after having spent so much money. Rediff doesnt even have a contact number through which you can reach their executives. Always check for the single point of contacts for trouble resolution, do a preliminary vendor evaluation before purchasing. Just thought of sharing this piece of information so that no one else gets duped.

ojjas entreprizes / 2GB MP4player — defective product

I ordered a 2GBMP 4player thru Rediff.com . After one week i got a parcel thru TNT. After pay cash I opened the parcel the product was diffrant which show on the ad on Rediff.com . After one week the system turn off totaly . I called so many time to ojjas but no budy attened the phone. I want the replacement.

I completely agree with Chandra. I had place an order of Eye Cooler which is buy 1 get 1 free. I place order for 2 pacakge at the same time. Ideally i should have got 4 units but i got only 2 units and double price and veen shipping prices was doubled. I tried up calling the number several times but no one is picking up the call. I feel they are chetares. Please let me know if i can take come legal action in consumer forum or something else can be done to teach them a lesson.

I have placed order for SONY 2GB MP3 player, I have received duplicate, faulty MP3 player. After serveral reminders rediff arranged for pickup of faulty product.Evan after 15 days of pickup i have not received the replacement. I tried to contact Ozas but the no is only ringing.
It's vest of time and money. Now i do not have product and not any body from ready to refund the money.

after reading this complaint and the comments, I feel even more cheated because i did not check on the deatils of the vendor before placing an order, but simply thought rediff shopping was very reliable. I had placed an order for mp4 player but when i opened the sealed parcel there was everything else but the main MP4 was missing. the contact no is bogus and so is the email id. still waiting for a reply from rediff shopping customer care from last threee days.
rediff and the vendor are cheats of the highest order and deserve a kick on their backside. I think one o[censored]s have to take some serious action to stop these cheatrers and fraudsters from duping more people

I have ordered for a crystal case cover for Motorola V3i hand set on[protected] through rediff shopping.for an amount of Rs. 122/-. However, I have not received the item till today. Kindly do the needful.

I completely agree. This is a fraud vendor and even rediff has not taken any action so far, inspite of repeated complaints. WE ALL MUST STOP SHOPPING ON REDIFF IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THEY BECOME SINCERE TO WARDS CONSUMERS. REDIFF MUST REMOVE THIS VENDOR FROM IT'S SITE, THIS IS THE ONLY SOLUTION TO DEAL WITH SUCH IRRESPONSSIBLE VENDORS.


my order no. 5018298 dated Nov. 09 for "41 pcs Multipurpose Magnetic Toolkit Screw Driver Set +Free USB vaccum cleaner for Laptop and Notebook" is not complied and the main item "41 pcs Multipurpose Magnetic Toolkit Screw Driver Set" is still not dispatched, inspite of repeated requests.

This vendor "Ojjas Enterprises" is so irresponsible that they even do not read their emails, received on their customerservice IDs : [protected]@ojjasenterprizes.com, [protected]@ojjasenterprizes.com.

It's an alarming state for this vendor!!!

I had a similar problem with Ojjas Enterprizes, Mumbai -400063. I had placed an order for Antilgare screen, When it arrived it was full of scratches & thumbprints. When you try calling these they dont pick up the call, They are just fooling the customers. I think rediff should take an action and block them from online shopping.

I too purchased a product from www.shopping.indiatimes.com. The product was delivered within 4 days and the supplier address was Ojjas Enterprizes, Goregaon(E), Mumbai. The phone number i found from Internet was [protected] & [protected]. The product doesnt seem to be working and does not carry any user manual. Unlike others in my case the packing was intact and i dont suspect any tampering.

But when i called at the numbers above i was told that timesofindia was fakely using this name and doing deals with people. I suspect this is a racket that involves multiple counterparties. Can something be done about it?

I purchased one wrist watch from Ojjas Enterprises Mumbai through rediff.com shopping. order no.5556792 transaction ID 1619578 dt[protected]. It was delivered to me in the broken condition . Upon calling they asked me to return the watch to them which was done on[protected] through Aramex Domestic AWB. vide receipt no [protected]. After that no one is picking up the phone at their Mumbai Office. Tel Nos. [protected] & [protected].

and i waste More than thousand rupess in phone calls, to Ojjas enterprises ( [protected], [protected]), and rediffmail call centre number [protected]), i am having all communication mails which i had done with rediff mail ( support),
As per instruction of Support team of rediff team i had sent this faulty product to Ojjas enterprises on dated 31-10-09 by blazeflash courier airway number:[protected], But still i havent received any communication from their side. Again i called up to Ojjas enterprises and they are saying they received product but they are not having product in stock, so i need my amout back with extra money which i waste in communication and courier.

Ojjas Enterprises are unprofessional people, their customer care sucks! Why list a number when you guys are inaccessible!! Will never shop at Rediff with this vendor!!!

i have done so much online shopping from various Sites and was very satisfied until i ordered an Iphone headset from Rediff thru Ojjas Enterprise..
they gave me an headphones with no MIC and its luks a roadside stuff where u can buy it from streets townside for 100/-
