[Resolved] On Dot Couriers — Courier packet loss | |||
Sent a courier on Aug 11,Ref no[protected]. Till today the packet has not reached the address.We have registered complaint no 13.The customer service so poor.People take the phone and forward to some random number.I have been calling the office for more than a month.Office people are so irresponsible and they have a very important document which has to reach IRCTC office. This is the worst customer care we have ever come across. Because of this delay we are losing compensation from IRCTC. Will the company take responsibility to compensating the refund amount?
