[Resolved] One Stop Shop — IRCTC E TOKEN AND IRCTC CERTIFICATE | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, Im a Business Partner of One Stop Shop . I became their Business Partner on 05Feb2010 when the representative from their Authorized Channel Partner has informed me as i will get OSS Kit with E-token and Certificate from IRCTC for which he charged me RS 10000+2100(For E-token) = 12100/- . But till date no e-token or certificate from IRCTC is issued to my agency . Now when i calls One Stop Shop customer care people they give a recorded answer that its stopped from IRCTC so they cant provide it . If they cant provide the certificate and e-token then refund the amount which is charged from me .Thier Authorized Channel Partner says that the amount charged for E-token is already sent to OSS and cant be refunded from his end . Now tell me what would be the solution ? After getting no resultant since last 1yr and 7months im coming to consumer forum to help me for my refund. Now plz help me to get my refund back which is Rs2100/- . मैने OSS RITELS PVT LTD से 12/06/2010 मे एजेन्सी ली एक दिन मार्च 2012 कंपनी से मिस भावना मेम का फोन आया कि रु 10000/- मे कंपनी आप को आप की अपनी वेब साइड बनाकर देगी जिसमे आप फ्लाईट टिकट का पूरा काम कर सकते हो जब तक पैसे नही जमा किये तब तक कंपनी से रोज भावना मेम का फोन आता था पर जब मैने 10000/- रु जमा कर दिए जिसके बाद कई बार कंपनी मे फोन किया पर कंपनी की तरफ से कोई बात नही करता है

May I request to get justice, or even IRCTC
I am also suffering from same above mentioned problem. OSS in no way help any of its Business Partners even after charging huge amount
Rs. 10, 000 which paid by me almost three years back. IRCTC rail web site is not working since long no solution yet been come up despite of my humble previous several request.
