Onida — LCD purchased not working properly | |||
Dear Sir/Madam We had purchased Onida LCD on 25/07/2011 from STAR CJ NETWORK INDIA PVT LIMITED..The model no is ONIDA 32"LCO32XMSHCJ LCD TV(ROI) .The LCD is not working properly since purchase .After 15 days of purchase their was a problem in LCD. Onida LCD- 32" — not working poperly
We have purchased Onida LCD- 32" on Oct 27th 2008 from Sony mony. TV has some problem in its circuitlast month i have registered complaint 2nd time it took company almost 1 month to rectify the problem. when asked to replace the whole unit they refused to do so. on top of that they insist to extent worrenty so that next year there will be not much head each. the parts are costly and we don't want to waste money due to defective product, i need replacement with good product.
