[Resolved]  Online Recharge — account debited/recharge failed

Address:Central Delhi, Delhi

on 12.12.2010 & 18.12.2010 I tried to recharge my mobiles thru on line recharge 'www.rechargeitnow' site
by using my visa debit card .My account was debited on both the occasions,but 'Recharge Failed'
This online recharge process really wasted my time and money leading to mental agony & frustration.
Please look into the matter and redress my problem.

I Gopal Prajapati i have online recharge on mobile no- [protected] but sir the payment has been debited from my account of Bank of India Debit card .but sir recharge is failure ..i have many times to informe form this meter but compny dont take any action...
i have request to you sir plese take some action about compny ..and solve my problam
