EVEN AFTER REPEATERD PROMPTING & FOLLOWUPS WITH THE UTSIL ( MUMBAI ), I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAN CARD YET.

THE PAN ENQUIRY ON THE UTSIL SITE SHOWS THAT PAN CARD HAS BEEN ISSUED TO ME .

BUT I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY PAN CARD.

NO BODY KNOWS WHAT KEEPS THE USELESS & KAAM CHOR GOVT. OFFICIALS SO BUSSY OR ENGAGED, THAT THE SIMPLY FORGET THE VERY PURPOSE THEY ARE PAYED FOR !


JUST HAVE A LOOK AT MY CORRESPONDENCE WITH UTSIL ( INCLUDING IT'S TOP MANAGERS ), REGARDING MY PAN CARD .

U CAN GET AN IDEA OF HOW CORRECT I AM.

I am trying to reach PAN card guys but they are sitting in a "MACHLI BAZZAR". No one is ready to listen, they have only one thing to say "We are here to provide you information" but They dont have any centralised database.
When i mail to mumbai, they say we have dispatched it to Delhi Office and contact there. When I am trying to contact here in Delhi office, all the 7 numbers are busy.
Interesting point is these numbers are busy in outgoing. So these kamchors government officers solve their personal issues at office by making the office phones busy.
They take our phone numbers but never call us when they dispatch.
There is no transparancy. When you ask who is your manager? they simply say we cant provide.
 
I had been applied for PAN card vide application no. 035510364 coupoun no. 024228250 through Bajaj capital new delhi. you have issued PAN No. AYRPK9336N which has despatched you by 15th Feb by post. But it is not yet received till date. I have already sent email to you on 29th Feb,2008 my address is as under:

I could understand the logic that How Gov official work? Are they not getting salary for their Job? Who takes the responsibility to ensure customer for his PAN Card?
