EVEN AFTER REPEATERD PROMPTING & FOLLOWUPS WITH THE UTSIL ( MUMBAI ), I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAN CARD YET. THE PAN ENQUIRY ON THE UTSIL SITE SHOWS THAT PAN CARD HAS BEEN ISSUED TO ME . BUT I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY PAN CARD. NO BODY KNOWS WHAT KEEPS THE USELESS & KAAM CHOR GOVT. OFFICIALS SO BUSSY OR ENGAGED, THAT THE SIMPLY FORGET THE VERY PURPOSE THEY ARE PAYED FOR ! Before few month i.e. Feb, 2008 seven nos of PAN applicants application has no trace after due communication with Submitting
office, then Guwahati office then Calcutta office no any solution finding out they could not gave any responces to the customer that who deposited Rs. 67/- . After various querry & not any suitable solution all the applicants bound to Re-apply for their PAN.
So, this the system of our Dmocratic Indian Govt.'s working procedure.
