dcpl — pan not received

I applied for the PAN card same year in feb. I made the payment but when I check through mail it says it have been delivered on 01 of feb 2008 but when I called to customer care executive they told it has been delivered on 01 of feb.
They are making clear about it. after all these thing i reapply two time at uti but they do not give me the ack no i don't know they are doing or grab my money.

apply for PAN Card form dated 10th November,08 — what has done apply form

Shri Prabhat Singh Rawat application has been submitted dated 10th November, 2008 but no status about his PAN Card.

i took my pan card at the age of 17, which doesnt contain my photo print on it. now i am 18+ i have applied for a major pan card with photo since last 35 days, but till now i had not recevied.
so please tell me when will my pan card with photo will come.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You had dispatched my wife's ( Mrs. Akshata Ganesh Patil ) pancard ( AYXPP5898G ) on the date of 11th Nov. by FirstFlight courier ( AWB - ZB5774418 ). Unfortunately, we didnot receive the pancard till today. When we tracked the status on FirstFlight's Website, it showed, it was delivered on that day. But when we inquired the shipment at their Bhayander branch ( located near our residence-MiraRd ), they told us that same shipment was not yet arrieved their branch for delivery.
Please, investigate the status & redespatch the pancard as immediate as possible.

uma — police made trafic jam

dear sir

we are working in taloja midc .when we come in first shift / going from second shift much of police man whith gun stay on the road for checking the van, car, truck it is nice job but he cant do his job properly we are observed that the all veical are stop for only taking "hapta" from driver not checking .if driver not give 20 rs to police man then ...
thish made to distrub our shift shedule
firstly policeman stay on the cornar but now they are stay in midale of road
