[Resolved]  Pan Card — about pan card inquiry

dear sir,

i have not received my pan card. i have submitted my form at 21 jan 09 but till my pan card not received.
my application no. & coupan no. below :

Sir,
My old pan card lost. I am using the old number ie ANFPP6688M.
I apply for new card on the same old number, but I received a new pan number (BAGPP7575J). The father name is also emborsed wrong.

I am serving in the Army and using old pan number.

In view of the above you are requested to clarify the case and help me.

Not receiving PAN card
Dear Sir

I had applied to UTITSL on 09th of Jan 2009 for PAN card and paid up the necessary fees on same day, but till today after one month of application i had not received my PAN card as i urgently need for banking purpose

As per the claim o[censored]TITSL they issue PAN card within 15 working days but in my case its more than 1 months time they take and still not replying in proper manner, the phone for inquiry of PAN card is not working all the time its engaged

I request you to do some action against UTITSL, my details for application is as below

If my addres changed then what procedure ill have to for my working pan card. Is it not works or not valid for my new address . Plzz reply at my email [protected]@rediffmail.com
