on 15th may i got a mail from pental technologies (pantel.in) that my tablet is ready to deliver,BOOKING ID -PENTA0053461 and i should make payment through given punjab national bank challan attach by mail.then

I have made a payment of Rs.3749- by a cash through punjab national bank , sadar branch at Jabalpur. dated 21-may-2012 to

for the electronic gadget BSNL TAB. As committed by the company, for bookings with payment, preference will be given in the delivery of the item and in my case, it was told that the item will be shipped within 80 to 90 hours

I am yet to receive the item from the company. I am not able to contact the company representative or supporting staff and their toll free support service is unresponsive to my desperate calls. Neither did I receive the item nor any response from the company.
