I did not receive the Free Lotto Sweepstakes (Reg. No. U971133B) winning cheque and documents package up till now. I have paid the courier fees 185.0 GBP ( Rs. 14, 950/- INR ) for Delivery Option3(3-4 days) on 13thSept'08 to TNT Courier Service, TNT International Central Pk Est / Mosley Road, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1TT, UK. Before paying courier fees Mr. Steven Walter didn't inform me that I have to pay all above mentioned taxes also, otherwise I would not have paid the courier fees.
Please advise me, how to claim my winning parcel or get back my money.
The consumer should have right atleast to claim the money back .

I had received a mail from BMW UK Lottery Department dtd. 1st of July'09 regarding PRIZE NOTIFICATION with conjuction with the GLOBAL INTERNET LOTTERY SWEEPSTAKES ORGANIZATION. The Amount of prize is 500, 000 GBP. I had processed that mail and sent them requried information to collect that amount on dtd. 2nd July'09. Same day call received from # [protected] ( Mr.Tom Gudluck ) and asked me to contact courier person named "Mr. David Banner " ( Courier Company name - Parcel Flight Courier service ). I sent a mail to David Banner regarding further steps to collect courier packet. Now David called me up on dtd. 3/6/9 in the night about the mode of delivery and payment in advance to be done. He also sent a mail about this. Advance payment amount is minimum of 350 GBP to deliver packet.
Now i want to know whether is it real or fake ? As of now i have not paid any amount to them. I also want to know, are they criminals ?
Pls be ensure that they will not misuse information given to them.
