I am facing a severe problem at my end & would like to raise this issue in front of all of those who are sailing in the same boat. I have bought an apartment in Parsvnath Exotica project in Gaziabad few years back & it was promised to me that there would be a timely delivery of my apartment but, as of now till date the people are not responding at all as there has been no major development at the project site. I feel like i am in a quagmire & want some serious respite as my hard earned money is stuck.
Now, after waiting for so long now i wish to get my money back. I am sure that i am not the only person who is facing this problem there are lots of people who has been duped like me. Please feel free to contact me, together we can take a stern action & try to get our money back

I also have flat in Parsvanath Exotica, Ghaziabad. I paid full money in 2007 and 5 years later today, there is no update when I will get possession. I visited site 3 months back there is hardly any progress. Don't look like this project will be ready before 2020 (if at all). Can we form a forum to campaign for our rights with Parsvanath and also take up with consumer forum

Please inform status of all government approvals/permissions of Parsvanth Exotica, Ghaziabad project where construction development is very very slow. When they are going to deliver the flats?

oops... guys... i last year only invested in two flats in Parsvnath Exotica Ghaziabad... looks like a bad investment... lets form a Facebook group first and than take it up with Parsvnath... leagally... kamal Rastogi ( [protected])

i am also a victim, i booked a flat in tower D-4, but there is no work in progress since last 8 to 9months.they committed to give possession in aug 2014 i want my whole money back with.interst ..they are cheating the buyers.

We too have a flat at exotica...Yes too bad investment.

Do we already have an RWA or other members as it seems like they will not give for another three years.

I am feeling very angry on me sometimes for this decision.

I have Bookes 1 Flat in E 4 Tower and paid arround 12 Lakh Money ...in Parsvanath Exotica, Ghaziabad. Project. Whenever i am calling them they are asking 2 to 3 more months and it has been more then 5 Year and Still They are asking 3 to 4 months more to get started with the project ...Whenever i am trying to talk more they are saying..they can return my money if i want but they will not pay any interest ...As it has been more then 5 year ...

I am not sure even Parsvanath will Deliver this project ? as till now even they did not start the work in E Block...

I booked flat in 2008 and was told that in 3 years time it will be delivered, but of course that was a verbal assurance. As per agreement builder has to give possession three years after foundation laying. Foundation was laid for my block on 2011 and now it is 2015 so far I don't see any possibility of possession by this year end, also there was a panalty clause, so if any of you have any info on the subject matter pls email me on [protected]@yahoo.com

I have also booked 3 BHK flat in E-1 tower but still wok has not started. On enquiry from Shahdara HQ, Mr. Dogra is always reply for waiting 2-3 months and this is not ending. Now he is saying that you can take money without any interest. Any one can tell the present status.

Hi, Is anyone aware of any RWA or Facebook group that has been formed for this? It has been so many years and there is no progress at all on this project. Please share details if anyone has talked to the builder recently.

I have also invested in D-5 in 2010 and almost paid 85% of the money but there has been virtually no progress in construction for the last 1.5 years at least and every time you call up Mr. Dogra (DGM - Commercial & project In-charge at their HQ) he says the work will start in 2-3 months time but it never does.

It is really going beyond the limits now. I think we need to take a collective action before it is too late for all o[censored]s.
