Respected Sir,

I had applied for passport in the month of August, 2008 in Lucknow office.

I haven't received my passport yet. I am trying to contact the grievance cell their but not able to connect.
However, all required verification have been completed six months back.

I need you favor to get my passport as already it has taken eight months.

I will really appreciate your efforts if you could help me out.

Passport — The Passport Application ( Z355103) is pending for past one year

I am writing this complaint with concern that it help to process my application and provide Passport as soon as possible.

I have applied for passport on 29 April 2008 from Coimbatore .

The police verification at the Coimbatore was over by first week of May However by that time I was in Kolkata but my parents Have provided the Kolkata details.


When I contacted the Coimbatore passport, they mentioned that the verification is over and it has been dispatched the file to Chennai on 7 July 2008.

I went to Chennai Regional Passport in person and found that the Kolkata verification is still pending and so I provided the Personal Particular Form (PPF) again. They mentioned that the Police verification will be over with 20 days.

Moverever till the end of December 2008there was no update on the Passport Webiste and the DD also got expired by the end of that month

I was to Chennai Regional Passport Office again and submitted the DD as well as the PPF form in person one more time on March 31, 2009. They stated the same that the police verification will be finished within 20 days.

I don' t feel that this will happen until you have a look in to it. Beacuse the details on the Internet is not updated still although I have given the Passport

One more thing to note is that it is going to 1 year ( on April 29, 2009) and I have not yet recieved the passport.

I want this file to be moved from Chennai to Kolkata as soon as possible.

Once this is done, I hope that the things will go fine.

I have the offer letter of IBM and I need the passport at the end of this month (April 30, 2009) in order to join the Company otherwise I wil miss this great opporunity .

If any temporary passport can be issued ( ex. for a period for 1 year ) then please let me know the procedure.

Please treat this issue as urgent.

I approuched to inquiry counter in secondrabad on 17th March, 2009 due to delay in issuing my passport, the officer asked me to submit correct place of issue of passport details, which I did next day with an affidavit, instead of Jeddah it was typed Hyderabad, despite that the status of my passport remain unchanged, finally i was asked to attend the ADALAT on 26th March, 2009, again I submitted and the required documents but unfortunately nothing has been done,

I request the authorities concerned to please issue of my passport as soon as possible, due to financial reasons I intended to go back once again to Gulf in hunt of a job for which I am trying to obtain my passport for the last one year. once again I shall be extremely thankfull to you.

Belder — what is the status of my passport

I have submitted my application form in 2008 but till this now I don, t have any information about my pasport, My receipt no. is A013566.

I had applied passport on 12/2/2009 from Ferozepur. When I search abt the status on net there is not information displayed even after 2 & half months . Can anybody resolve my problem, to whom I should contact please advise

I am Anuj Kogata, have applied for passport on[protected] and my file reference no is W070238/07. I am from Bhilwara(rajasthan) and apply for passport from Bhilwara and submitted to jaipur passport office. Now after a month police inquiry come to bhilwara and they write in report that i live in jaipur for past two years so jaipur enquiry will also take place. I fill PP form of jaipur address and jaipur enquiry also completed and this is done before a year but till now i dont received my passport and status shows that "Your application is transferred to policy section.Please see the PRO". When i enquire about this at passport office at enquiry counter they says that your police enquiry of jaipur is not received but when i say that jaipur enquiry is completed and people at mini secretriat(police paramarsh kendra at jaipur) is saying that we have send police enquiry they say that we dont know anything we dont get report you have to fill the pp form again for jaipur enquiry but now i dont live in jaipur i come back to bhilwara at my home and leaving here for more than a year now there is no one at jaipur who can say that i am leaving there for a year in jaipur so is there any procedure to transfer police enquiry of jaipur to bhilwara again or can i apply for a new passport again cancelling this. or if you can help in getting duplicate report of police enquiry of jaipur which i see at mini secretriat at jaipur. Please help me because i require passport urgently my company is asking for passport my career is in trouble.Please help

My name is Deepak Sharma (R/o Sunderbani Dist Rajouri, Jammu, J&K) and I want to file a complaint regarding the delay in processing my passport. I submitted the request for new passport form on 11 June 2008, file number A005069. Both the verifications (police and CID) were done within first 3 months and they sent the reports. But till date (April 19, 2009) the status shows police report not received. Please help me in solving this issue.

If I check for the status of application through on line it’s showing Police Report has not been received. But I have enquired in Madanaplli passport enquiry department but they respond that still they didn’t received the file. Even I have enquired in the Madanapalli Post office they informed that they have sent the application on 18/02/2008
