[Resolved]  passport not received — help-isssue new passport

I Lakshmi Srinivasa Rao Inumarthy M.Com., W/o Srinivasa Rao beg to inform you that I sent new passport application No.901498 to Visakhapatnam passport office on 2nd October 2007by speed post from head post office, parvathipuram, vizinagarma (dist), along with the following documents.
1. Rs.1000/- DD.No.650470, dated[protected], State Bank of India, Parvathipuram branch, to words passport fees, Favour of Passport officer, visakhapatnam.
2. M.Com marks list and original certificates.
3. My husband passport zerox copy.
4. PANCARD zerox copy.
5. Cell phone bill.
6. Bank passbook first page.
7. LIC premium receipt.
I am not received any information to passport office. I have not been enquired by any police officer eleven months. I request you to help me out to get enquiry and received my passport.
