[Resolved] Passport Office — delay in passport | |||
I have submitted the passport application form on 25-2-11 in Bhopal .my police verification report has been sent to the S.P office, Bhopal on 3-4-11. my current status on 12-5-11 is showing that "police verification report has not been received". when i enquired in the S.P office on 12-5-11, they told me that they have sent the report to the passport office on 3-5-11. i don't know what is the problem behind the delay my passport.No one pays the attention at the office when asked about the same.Please help me to come out of this situation. passport — hyderabad passport office-one year six months delay in issue of passport by
Dear sir,I have applied for passport on 26/03/2007 at passport office, hyderabad.ref. file no.Hyd/C005580. No there mistake from my side.they wantedly delayed police enquiry.that is also over in last month. i have demanded refund of fee.they refused .I wrote to chief of RTI Delhi. At hyderabad RPO they refused to except RTI letter .we met the concerned RPO no. of times .but I in vein. Hence i request consumer forum to do needful.

I HAD APPLIED FOT THE PASSPORT FOR MY WIFE AND MY SISTER IN LAW'S THEY HAVE ISSUED THE PASSPORT ON TIME BUT THE ADRESS IS NOT PRINTED ON PROPERLY FOR THAT I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BY EMAIL AND TELEPHONE BUT THERY ARE NOT REPLAYING MY E-MAIL OR THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING MY CALL. THE PASSPORT OFFICE HAVE 8 TELEPHONE LINES BUT NOE OF THEM ARE RECEIVING MY CALL I DIALLED EACH NO. MORE THAN 10 TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING IT pLEASE CONVEY THE COMPLAIN TO THEM dear sir,
i applied for parents passport 2 months back, and the enquiry is also done 30 days back, but still the passports are not been sent, i have been trying on your website and telephone numbers but none of these are responding, they are always busy, when you are services are not reachible to the public what is the use of them? i request you to please give the status of files nos with w670284 and w670285. as soon as possible.

With reference to my passport application, I am providing you the following details:

DOB : 28th November, 1981
File Number : A[protected]
Passport Office Applied: Regional Passport Office, Trikoot - 3, HUDCO Building, Bhikaji Camaji Place, New Delhi.
Application Date :[protected]
Status : Passport was promised for delivery at counter on[protected]. If not collected, it will be dispatched
on the next working day.
My Police Enquiry had completed in July dated:[protected], having dispatch number: 1310247. I have checked these details from Police Bhawan, Asaf Ali Road.
More than six months have been passed away but there is no response from passport office. After so many mail communications they have redressed my application and promised to dispatch the passport after 18th Dec 2008. But there is no response still. Whenever I am visiting there, they assured me the delivery of passport soon.
Please help me.

I applied my passport on the month of May. Police Verification is also finished on 27-6-09.But Up to date i didn't get any information from government side.My File number is : A020859. And whenever i checking my status it us showing "Your police report is Clear. Application is under process".From past 3 months. I didn't know whether i will get my passport or not.I don't know what government is doing on.Can i know when my passport will be dispatched.

My son's passport( passport no H9633542) had no mention of Date of Issue and Date of Expiry due to which it was rejected by Malaysia Embassy for visa process. We submitted the passport for correction on 1July 2010 to the passport officer at Bikaji cama place. we were told by the officer that the corrected passport will be dispatched on 5 July 2010. But to my dismay, the passport has still not been dispatched. We had already got our tickets booked and waiting for the passport back. the Passport staff did not pay heed to our request for the minor correction and made us run pillar to post for the same on 1 july 2010. I even requested the officer to give the corrected passport to me in hand to which he refused.
Is there anyone who can help us in this matter.

Passport office BPL — Delate of issuing Pass Port
May Name is upendra ranjan I am i am Living in ujjain . I had applied for the passport on 12th Feb 2007 via file no Z[protected]and had attached all required documents along with my passport application along with the residential proof of more than 1 year as i am wating For May Pass Port, However still i haven't Recived any acknowledgment For the same ..
My police report was also clear.
Initially the passport status at the bhopal passport website showed that my passport Police Report varefied .. my passport has not yet been delivered while passports of some of my Ankul Pass Port have already been delivered.
And i am still unaware of the actual status of my passport as i haven't received any acknowledgment or letter from passport office. Looking forward to your kind attention to my problem.
