i am Vigneswara Reddy Annapureddy from prakasam dist, i have applied for my passport[protected], and i have not recieved my passport yet, my file no is z609174, plz dispatched my passport as soon as passible and in my passport status the given below messege is coming.

hello i have applied for passport on 7/09/2009, but now i have received a confirmation from your Pls. furnish your explanation for suppression of material info about your previous application for passport and also meet the concerned PRO/Supdt. to pay penalty, if applicable. well last time i donot have my date of birth certificate now already i submitted my date of birth certificate and police report has been cleared but still i am getting this kind of response from your side

My Application File No.BOM/A038882/08 dated 20/11/2008. All procedures including police enquries were completed . All my family members passports were received Why my passport has been held up? Visited several times Passport-Office and submitted PP forms 4 times, but of no avail No reasons & any intimation given by Passport-Office. Please look into the matter, since we wish for pilgrimage.
