I've to book a cylinder and the nobody is picking up the phone either...plz look in to the matter as this is really bugging me!!!

i'm not able to book my cylinder as the phone of the dealer is busy... i was trying from last 3 days but wether the phone is busy aur if bell rings no one pick up the call...this kind of attitude of the dealer is not at all appriciated

my gas is not coming at my home

I am unable to book for re-fill on 1260 as my consumer no. 19754 is always found booked already but the cylinder is never delivered at my address which means that the dealer is booking on his own and selling in black market. Their other landline numbers are never attended upon. I am a Senior Citizen and my residence is located in Bhola Nath Nagar, Shahdara which is quite far from Kashmere Gate. How/ where do I book for refills ?

I applied for a new connection, he was saying we'll send a letter to your address then you bring the letter to come to us, you will get a new connection,

But yet I could not get a letter till
I have call to Gas agency so many times at this number[protected] or 23864022 Mostly that number was busy If the phone takes, then do not pick,

i have asked many times about this problem to payal gas agency but they seems like taking this issue very lightly. They already know that my subsidy money is going to another account but not taking any step on it instead of that saying this is not their problem. so please requesting you to take this issue seriously and resolve it as sharp.

I am Ravinder Kumar my gas no.[protected] registered no.[protected] I booked my gas on 23 /05/2017 and deal verd on 29/05/2017 As I got message on my registered mob.no. but I didn't receive... No returned to agency means of black ...I complain to Agency but they taking lightly no manner to talk also. So I Complain on National Consumer no ...333880 they response me well and said mail to agency if they will not response complain again to us.

I had booked my gas on 20-Oct-17.Today I checked why cylinder not coming I was surprised that my cylinder had not booked pls solve my problem

Ravinder Kumar [protected] I'm still waiting for my subsidy as my reputeted AC Central Bank of India Subsidy is not coming from July as your entry fall. As I was concerned with you. Kindly take step as possible other wise I Complaint in Consumer Court as per right.
