[Resolved] Payal Gas — unable to book for LPG refill | |
I am unable to book for LPG re-fill on INDANE NO.1260 as my consumer no. 19754 is always found booked already, but the cylinder is never delivered at my address which means that the dealer M/S PAYAL GAS is booking on his own and selling in black market. Their other landline numbers are never attended upon. Booking through SMS also fails as I always get the message that my consumer number is already booked. I am a Seniour Citizen and my residence is located in Bhola Nath Nagar, Shahdara which is quite far from Kashmere Gate. How/ where do I book for refills? Was this information helpful? | |

This issue should be clarified with the dealer. The possibility of fake booking and black marketting suggested by you cannot be denied, but a more probable cause of the problem is a technical error, due to which the refill is being delivered to some one else. I am sure that if you talk to the dealer or sales officer on the phone, your problem will be solved. You can also complaint in any of the ways described here:
