[Resolved] Paytm — Amount of 1280rs does not refunded to my account by paytm | |
I used this PayTm Payment gateway for paying my Tata photon bill. The transaction was not successful. The money was added to the PayTm cash. I selected the option to transfer Paytm Cash to your credit card or bank account, on the "Order Status" page and clicked on Initiate Transfer. The amount disappeared from paytm Cash which was their earlier. and the amount is even not transferred to bank. The status shown with the transaction is Refunded to PayTm Cash.. But still the money is not credited to my ICICI Bank account. I raised tickets at PAYTM customer care . but without giving satisfactory answer they closed the ticket.
