[Resolved]  Paytm.com — amount deduct but not recharge

sir,
my bsnl postpaid number is ([protected]) and date 5th June 2012 i used online recharge by paytm.com Rs.1010. the point is that my payment deduct but recharge not successful and till now i have not receive any amount in my online account here i am attaching a copy as a proof
pls resolve this problem as soon as possible.

i recharge my phone 5/6/2012 (4.13pm) my number is [protected], my amount deduct but recharge unsuccessful, and tell now amount is not refund in my online axis bank account Rs. 1010/- pls help me as soon as possible here i attached a copy of as a proof .

Paytm Cash is your own money which you can use to make payments on paytm.com without requiring you to enter your bank details on paytm.com all over again.

We have already completed the refund process of Rs. 1785+1650 from Paytm side for our Order Numbers.

Remember, if you do not see this balance in your bank account yet, it is because your bank does not reflect this refund instantly. You could check with them on time it takes for such refunds to show up.
