Paytm.com — recharge failed but amount not refunded | |
dear sir, i had recharged my airtel mobile number with an amount of 50 and the amount was deducted from my axis bank account but mobile number is not recharged .till now the amount is neither refunded to my bank account nor to my paytm cash balance.please tell me what to do now Was this information helpful? | |

I have make online recharge on 28.03.2012 for my MTNL Dophin prepaid Mobile number with Rs. 200/-. Now 5 days have past but the recharge is not yet made by MTNL. My SBI Account is debited (Mobile No. [protected] transaction ID No.[protected]. Still I have not receive any top up or amount abck. Request you to kindly recover my Rs. 200/- from MTNL immediately. Regards.
My paytm account was not been credited after transfering money from my SB a/c. Payment id is[protected] dtd 09/04/2012 trough icici bank.Pl. look into the matter and do the needful as earliest.Amar Prakash.
