I always use to recharge my phone from paytm. this time when i tried to recharge, money got deducted from my account and i got no balance in my phone. This happens twice.. today Orders numbers: 20342515, 20343265, 20343673, 20347437 Was this information helpful? | |||

i have recharged 444 against my phone [protected] on 29th april but it was failed as well as but the said money has been deducted from my account. pl do the needful earliest.

Sir, I went for online data card recharge of my Vodafone no. [protected] thru paytm for Rs 451 thru Indian bank net banking on 31.3 15. The paytm order is [protected] ref no.[protected]/3/15 20:32-Indian BankThough money was deducted from the bank account, the mobile recharge was unsuccessful and am still to get back the money. The second Vodafone data card recharge of Rs 451 by paytm was unsuccessfull.paytm [protected]/paytm/thru net banking ref no.[protected]/4/15 19:19- Indian Bank.I have a net loss of Rs 902 twice due to the online recharge. Kindly do the needful to get back the money.
