[Resolved] Paytm — Recharge Failure but payment done | |||
Hi, I have done a Recharge of Rs.200 for Airtel mobile number [protected] on 09th Feb 2012 through paytm.at that time the status is showing as payment failure but the amount has been dedited from my HDFC bank account number. Till now i did n't get the amount refund back to my account. the payment transactions for the transaction is as below. CCA12BGXR531-Avenues India Ltd Ref.No:[protected] Date 09/02/2012. Dear Sir/Madam,
I had made two recharges( one for Rs. 225/-Order No.[protected] and one for Rs. 1650/- Order No.[protected] on my mobile no. [protected] on 24th April 2012. Both the recharges showed successsful but my mobile was not recharged. I wrote mails as advised on PAYTM website but i did not received any response. Kindly Do the needful and make refund of both amounts.
