i recharged my mobile on[protected] morning around 11 am with 110 rupees amount deducted from my account immediately with out any

order number too from site and my mobile not recharged .

regarding this i have sent 3 times email to their [protected]@paytm .no response

do mu mobile recharge as fast as possible and continue the trust of the site

i have rechrged 3 times on mobile [protected] with 20rs & [protected] with 20rs .. but there is no rechrge on mobile and balance deducted by paytm cash on 15/04/2012 so please return my cash as soon as possible thank you .or call me

Paytm Cash is your own money which you can use to make payments on paytm.com without requiring you to enter your bank details on paytm.com all over again.

on 28 may 2013 i did a recharge with paytm.com online of Rs 2460 for BSES RAJDHANI BILL PAYMENT FROM MY HDFC BANK DEBIT CARD, PAYTM GOT THE AMOUNT OF RS 2460 FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THEN GENERATED A ORDER NO 98276578 AND SAID THAT PAYMENT TO BSES IS FAILED AND THE RS 2460 IS REFUNDED TO MY PAY TM ACCOUNT WITH ORDER NO 98272551, THEN THEY AGAIN SAID I[censored] WANT THE MONEY TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IT CAN BE DONE BUT IT WILL TAKE 21 DAYS TO REFLECT IN YOUR ACCOUNT AND I PRESSED THE REFUND BACK TO MY ACCOUNT BUTTON.BUT NOW IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 25 DAYS AND YET THERE IS NO SIGN OF RS 2460 IN MY ACCOUNT.PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT OR IN MY PAYTM CASH ACCOUNT.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

I have sent money through paytm to the mobile number which is not registered on Paytm. Paytm showing "Sent successfully". How do I get my money back because receiver does not have compatible mobile to download Paytm.
