[Resolved]  Paytm.com — transaction failed but amount not received

dear sir,
i used the online recharge service of paytm.com , i was recharge my mobile from 110 rs ([protected] tata docomo) on dated 12 nov-2012 but transition was failed and amount was deducted from my bank account, there was an option that transfer to bank, i was just clik them and message appear that the amount wll be reflected in your back account within 21 days.
but sir, right now i have not receive my amount on my bank account, i have have already complaints this in their (paytm.com) cutomer care via mail, but they do not give any satisfactory reply , i have give some mail transitions .
details off transition are follow:-

Hi Pawan, We have already initiated refund from our end. Now, it's a bank procedure to reflect the amount into your bank account. A bank may take upto a maximum of 21 days to reflect the amount into your bank account. Your bank with refund reference number [protected].. I care,

tatadocomo gsm — my online recharge failed,but money from my account taken for the recharge.

my cell no. [protected] was recharged online for Rs 95 / - on first week of may. my the number was not charged for that amount . But the amount Rs 95 / - was sent from my account. Please see that my topup is done . Thanking You ,
