I Mr.Gundurao K pensioner (PPO NO C10643/RD) My medical bills along with the relevant documents have been sent to your office through Register Post on Dt. 14.06.2011.( Covering letter Ref No.764/2011/A dt.13.06.2011) Till date I have not recived the medical reimbursement cheque.

The District treasury officer at Denkanikota have confirmed me that I have to been in touch with The Director of Pension office Chennai. Since I have meet with an accident and unable to travel so then I am writting.
I had fractured my right hip bone so then doctotrs have operated my right hip bone and have inserted implants. For hospitalization I have borrowed loan from my well wisher for which I have to repay then.
