[Resolved]  Personal Loan — My Name is in CIBIL

This is to bring your kind notice that I Rajkumar Dalal have applied for a Personal Loan with HDFC Bank Ltd. vide Loan Application no.[protected] & the same has been accepted on 25.03.2010 vide reference no. 16382096.But on 29.03.2010 I have received a message quoting that the loan has been declined as it did not meet the bank’s credit norms.
On enquiring, HDFC Bank informed me that my name is been reflecting on CIBIL as there is a two-wheeler loan of Rs. 55,0000 (Fifty-Five Thousand Only) showing against my name. But I had already foreclosed the same loan on 23.02.2007 to Bajaj Finance vide proposal no 410/079747 and receipt no. [protected] amounting Rs. 42,775( DD No. 0002842 from UTI/Axis Bank, Price Anwar Shah Road Branch).I have already received the NOC from Bajaj Finance stating that the hire purchase agreement between me and Bajaj Finance is been cancelled. All the documents has been attached with this complaint.
I want a clarification from Bajaj Finance as why my name is showing in the CIBIL as overdue in that account in spite of foreclosing & clearing all the dues therein.
I would like to request to all the concerned to remove my name from CIBIL as soon as possible & help me out. It not only harassing me but also its a black spot and questioning my credibility in the financial market.
I am holding credit cards from HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, SBI Bank and having 2 personal loans from ICICI Bank as well which are running fine with no overdue.

I have all the necessary documents with me to support my statement.
