[Resolved]  Philips / Grooming Kit — Replacement

I am purchased PHILIPS Grooming kit which has model no QG3190 and price Rs. 2995 /- with two years Warranty.
After using one month is has some problem,so i am give it to near Philips service centre.After three month they giving me the other model QG3150,and its price is Rs. 2695 /- and also have less feature.

So,how it could be?

Please give me the solution for that one.

My self Sanjoy Karan,i'm purchased Grooming kit from Kolkata(HiraMoti Implex,South Sity Mall,Shop No-B-16,Prince Anwar Shah Road,Kolkata-700068) Model No-QG3190.
After one month that has some problem in adjust button,so i'm give it to my nearest Philips service center on 15/02/2011. (Philips Service Centre,Manjushree Market Complex,P.O.-Khanjanchwak,Haldia,Pin-721602,Mob No- 91-[protected])
But still date no progress in this matter & also no reply from your service person.
Pls take that matter very urgently.
