Inspite of giving several reminders and spoke with higher authority in delhi with philips, to re place my 1 month old juicer i have a proof of emails which i requested again and again for replacing.

No one still hearing non of the people respond as on date 8th May 2011 time 1117hrs.

i would request to you kindly look into this

Greetings of the day,

This has further to our telecon while. As described you the entire
situation, My all home appliances are from Philips even i bought the
very new juicer from lodi colony. while purchasing i specifically told
to vendor that i need a very good one sound less, juicer, whereas he
provide me totally opposite, full of sound, with a leakage, even few
days back philips engineer came to my house and he said a little
leakage will be there and sound we cannot do anything.

Hence if you can change this to a better one, m ready to pay extra
amount after adjusting the present juicer which im holding.

Being a Philips regular customer, hope something can be workedout.

Once again, I&#039;m forced to write to Phillip about the same bad product, the juicer. It stopped working and I&#039;m stuck with it and sick of this route of complaining to you and you&#039;ll sending it to the service center and so on. We have don&#039;t this so far for four times and last time you&#039;ll had promised me that you will change the piece for me since it is defected.

Please change this juicer as it is totally a defective junk. Ever since I have bought it, and t stay Most of the time at the service center.

This is the first time, a Phillip product has caused so much trouble and stress.

Ever since we have bought this juicer for winter, it has been sitting with the service center for 90% of the time.
There is no solution or resolution done, we complain, the engineer comes after repeated calling, then he checks the products and tell us it is defected and needs to be taken to service center...and then the juicer stay with the service center for weeks and weeks with no update from Phillips or the service center.
We are so tired of follow up and reminders. The worst service ever from a brand name Phillip. We have slowly lost all faith in this brand.
