Telephone No.[protected] is out of order since last one month. I have tried to lodge the complaint through Calcutta Telephones automatic complaint lodging system several times, but in vain, since this system of this exchange is NOT repeat NOT functional.
In view of the above facts, I have tried to lodge the complaint again from another automatic complaint lodging exchange but failed to do so!!, it was a very sorry condition to hear the automatic reply state that “the exchange does not fall under their jurisdiction".

I have lodged complaint against my telephone no.25468636 on[protected] in respect of my land phone as well as broadband services which were completely out of service vide BSNLsystem.communication on Id[protected] which was repaired on[protected]. But from[protected], my land phone is out of order but broadband services is ok. Obviously I have tried to lodge complaint for my land phone on "198". On contacting "198", I am at a loss to understand to hear that Quote: " Your complaint is already registered and the status for your complaint is work is in progress vide docket no. [protected]". Hence actions may please be taken so that my land line will be in order.
I made a complaint for noisy telephone([protected]) on May 23, 2012.The complaint was attended to without any tangible result.The telephone is as noisy as before.However, noise at some moment subsides but next moment it is back to square one.In fact, I have not had noise free telephone ever since I lodged complaint.So fault needs to be properly detected and mended with proper care.
I've another problem too.I can't avail your automatic fault booking facility as my earlier complaint made couple of months back is already in your system as the latest one..So whenever I try to register a new complaint I'm greeted with recorded voice saying ' my complaint is already registered and work is in progress' .In other words system doesn't accept my new complaint and it's most irritating.
Hope, you would kindly address my grievances at your earlistest.
