Photon Plus Data Card — Tata Indicom is not fixing the problem

This is regarding my photon plus account#[protected] and device number [protected]. I have some issues with the device and conenction ,I have contacted Tataindicom to fix the problem. I have been calling Tataindicon customer care several time to fix the problem,but they are not responding. I am in USA and my wife is folowing up ,but nothing happend. Infact I called from USA 10 times ,but Jyothi from customer care took the call and diconnected my calls. I am not sure whom to escalate this. My device is under warrenty. Please help me to resolve this.
