photon plus - No proper support

On May 13th one girl and a boy came to my home saying they are from Tata Photon. They are marketing people, they take the details, check and documents and then do not respond. Money deducted from my account. Now more than 20 days passed but they have not responded to me and neither picking up the call so please be aware of them. It seems they are fraud.Girl name is Vanita Chatla and her phone number is 9664328382, so people be aware of this these marketing persons. Its good to go personally and get photon instead of giving details to these fraud marketing people, they may use your details for wrong purpose.
