i want to make the complain against of your manager in the branch o[censored]p the full add. of this is (punjab national bank, station road orai dist. jalaun. U.P. 285001).

I GO WITH MY MOTHER TO CONSULT ABOUT LOAN BUT YOUR MANAGER MR. DAYA SAH, DONT DO GOOD BEHAVE WITH US AND HE DOESN'T NO TO HOW TO BEHAVE WITH THE CUST.

AND HE SAID THAT WRITE NOW I HAVE NO TIME TO TALK ABOUT LOAN AND GO TO HOUSE AND COME AFTER 6 MONTH AS WELL AS HE USE HOT WORDS. WHICH IS NOT SHOW A GOOD RESPONSE ON THAT SIDE.

I am go to the bank to collect my friend passbook becoz she not able to go.but when i contact to the empolyee.then he ask me the name and her a/c no..he findout the passbook.after that he say to me here enter the receiving entry when i enter & sign.then he insuting me & abusing me.so please I want ans that why he do that.

You should close your account and suggest your friends also to close accounts in this BAD Punjab National Bank and open in some private bank like ICICI, HDFC or AXIS bank etc. the staff of these bank are well behaved and very cooperative

I went to your high speed value branch at iffco chowk for deposit money around 10,000/-. when i asked to the office clerk about that he replied me very rudely after that i went to manager he also talked with me rudely. than i went to sukhrali branch and i asked for the money deposit form to that lady clerk than she replied me here no form to give you deposit money to other branch. today i am feeling very bad about your branch. your staff should be polite
