poonam gas service — not attending the phone under wt cylinder

sir, i am a consumer of indane gas since 25 yrs.my consumer no is 15108.i tried to book my gas one week before. everytime when i called there they(poonam gas service) did not attened the phone.i went there for complained all that and book my gas .the distributor and staff misbehaved me.i asked them to give me the phone no of indane officers they did not give no.s.they also delivered under wt. cylinder please take necessary action

on 10-may-2011, the delivery was to be done, but the delivery man was forcing to take the leaked cylinder, he was saying nothing will happen.
when i disagreed to take the leaked cylinder, he just went without giving cylinder & also misbehaved with me...& said do complaints i[censored] can, ,

Poonam Gas Agency/ Indane Gas — Gas cylinder is not ok

Delivery of LPG gas cylinder is not in ok condition. Some times gas cyclinder is not properly sealed, leakage in the cyclinder & some gas is also less in the cyclinder. When we asked the dekivery man to change it he replied i don't have time come to our agency & collect it from there. Behaviour is very rude.

POONAM GAS AGENCY — wrong details write by the delivery men on cylinder card

i am nisha dubey consumer no. is 15731, the deliverymen delivered the cylinder but written wrong details on cylinder book . i have received only 6 cylinder and i have slip also and delivery men has written 7 cylinders.on cylinder book. so, please keep shortly action on this comlaint.

Delivery man Deepak put his signature on slip but now after one month it has not come into my account.
