sir i am satyanarayan mohanty when i use this pocket internet connection it's speed is only 6to9kbps but wnen it connected in my pc it show 115.2 kbps and per 5 minute it auto disconnected plz help me sir.

I activated poket internet 29Rs plan, They said on one offer the other one is free, , and i requested using *234*2900#. with in seconds my balance got deducted and got one confirmation msg that it wil get activated soon. I did activation 3 days back, Til now it didnt get activate nw its validity also got over i think.

Tried calling customer care so many times, that is another headache, sholud wait nearly 10 min to get conncet with executive, (it wil deduct bal) and line is not at all clear...

So my request is people use ur services, u sholudnot take d advantage of that, i[censored] cant provide one good service then y simply do the cheating... its very bad, , ,
